Just over a year ago, I started a topic about how Christmas has changed and become more commercial - even during our life times.
One year ago, we were just coming up to GCSE Coursework deadlines and it felt very stressful (for me at least, considering some of my coursework had barely been started).
In 2 months, we'll have finished our first AS Module tests - that's quite scary, but I don't feel nearly as stressed as with the coursework last year.
It's now 1 month until Christmas and I think I feel different to last year - slightly more Christmasy? Maybe it's the weather - it's certainly very cold and wintery. Maybe, it's because I'm less stressed in some bizarre way. Or, maybe it's because I haven't been in to town for ages and haven't had the sparkling lights and ridiculous decorations thrust upon me.
Has the feeling of Christmas changed since last year? and is the end of term proving more or less stressful than this time last year? Discuss.
